As a consultant, my area of expertise is aiding business owners through the startup period by getting them organized and going. As a life coach, I specialize in empowering people to live life to the fullest, chase their aspirations, and regain their confidence. I'm a passionate advocate, and devoted individual who is determined to make a difference in the lives of those affected by concussions and post-concussion syndrome symptoms/PCS. As someone who has had several concussions, I am well aware of the difficulties and obstacles that come with this often misunderstood condition.

Before going to Sweden, I worked as an air traffic controller in Reykjavik for 11 years. Following that, she chose to pursue her goal by opening a shoe business, followed by a clothing store carrying significant brand names such as Max Mara, Hugo Boss, Michael Kors, Marc Jacobs, Stuart Weitzman, Givenchy, and others. With the advent of e-commerce, I founded a company that sold my own line of low-carb pasta online. YES - a big shift every time, which meant learning everything from the start, which I liked.
However, my path took a drastic turn in 2019 when my daughter suffered a concussion, resulting in a variety of issues and struggles. After witnessing my child's battle and the lack of information and support available, I made a conscious decision to educate myself about concussions and the tools available to aid in the healing process.
I've dedicated myself to raising awareness about concussions and assisting individuals and families affected by this condition out of a strong desire to avoid others from going through the same ordeal. I have gained essential knowledge about various treatment alternatives, rehabilitation procedures, and support systems required for recovery through extensive research and personal experiences.
Completed training at a prestigious organization in Canada, Complete Concussion Management Inc., which specializes in treatment options for people suffering from concussions.
I want you to know that what you're going through and the symptoms you're experiencing are genuine, but they're also treatable!
I'm here to alter lives and bring hope to people affected by concussions via my personal story and education. I consider myself a true champion in the fight for my daughter’s recovery against concussions, and for having left a mark on the lives of many individuals who are now equipped with the knowledge and support needed for successful recovery.
While every concussion is unique, the foundation for treatment remains the same for all individuals.
You can recover from PCS. It is hard work but where there is a will there is a way!
